It is a great place to relax and unwind. It is a small island; the hotel has only eight guest rooms and welcomes day trippers between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. After 3:00 p.m., the island is left entirely to the overnight guests. During my stay, there were only four guests, which I loved. The bed was very comfortable, the room was spotless, and the air conditioning worked well; the views, food, and cocktails were all excellent, and I give the service a 10 overall.
The only thing I would recommend improving is communication regarding transportation. We had a minor issue, but they handled it professionally. I also think the island is best suited for couples; I was traveling with a friend and thought it would be easy to switch to a room with two beds, but I was told that all the rooms had only one bed, though I didn't mind sharing the bed with my friend. I recommend Pao

This hotel was absolutely amazing. The amenities, the location, the food and staff made our stay a great one. The hotel is in the center of everything. Some great shopping and food ! I can’t wait to return when I’m back in Cartagena!

They have you fill a precheck in form out and it is waste of time. They have you go through it all again when you actually check in. We still checked in over 30 min late. We were supposed have butler service but didn’t get an email greet from butler service until night before we were to check out. Then they have you fill out a post checkout form so they can know when they can clean the room and then drive you crazy about checking out so they can clean the room.
