Sadly we didn’t enjoy our stay in this hotel, since we arrived we were expecting some help from the pier to the hotel. We sent a message to the hotel and they never replied. The worst part of our stay is that we had to leave 1 day early because the room was in an awful shape, the water was dirty to even shower, the door knob was broken and also the sofa was stained. When I went to reception to ask them for help the only option was to change room. The problem is the the property has a maintenance problem so it wouldn’t matter. The cleaning staff are amazing but the reception staff are not as good 0% effort. The location is nice also the swimming pool but for the price I hoped to get something better. The breakfast also need improvement, it was kinda cold and also the fruits where having a lot of insects around it . Otherwise the island is really nice.

We got a robe and had such a great balcony view of the pool, literally can walk onto the beach with deck chairs onto an empty beach. It was incredible. Great selection of restaurants near by we didn’t have the buffet but it looked great as well
