Staffs are so cooperative

Tranquil property. Comfortable rooms but what others say about the air conditioners noise and bathrooms is true. The staff, especially restaurant were terrific. Management is aware the gym needs work. I exercise seriously and had to go to an outside facility. No more harbor construction noise. The harbor could be an eyesore if you want natural ocean views. But it had its own charm. Management really cares about your satisfaction.

This property is definitely not a five star one. The amenities were old and very mediocre. The rooms were spacious but the whole corridor was slippery from water falling from the roof! They moved us to new rooms ; no water issues; but there was no doors to our shower! And there was some construction happening every day in the morning right above us for hours. Unless, we complained, it never stopped. The food was average and I don’t want to talk about the pool at all. The only positive thing in this property is its staff. They are the real five stars. Starting from the reception staff to housekeeping to the staff at the restaurant, they were all excellent. We will never go back ! It was a huge disappointment and we spend most of the inside our rooms reading!!!

Food can be improved, a comparatively old property than shown in photos.

Spotlessly clean hotel, attentive staff nothing is a problem. Room fine, A/C and ceiling fan , TV which you can access Prime and Netflix if you have an account. Wet room shower with plenty of hot water, some rooms have balconies, so check when booking.Complimentary breakfast was freshly prepared and excellent. Hotel located on the beach, beach is worked by the local fishermen upto about 11:00 most days, very little hassle from beach hawker’s. Four or five restaurants within easy walking, loads more a tuk- tuk away. Mixed nationality guests including Indian . Many guests have been returning for many years , understandable. Experienced manager on duty every day with very capable staff in attendance. A most enjoyable stay

The breakfast had terrible options. The promised fresh juices, cereal and eggs to order. I felt cheated.
