It was an okay stay. I don't understand how it is a 4-star hotel. It barely makes the cut for a 3-star, let alone 4. Everything was extremely average. Food was a bit above average, and the restaurant was clean. The whole 3rd floor smelt like cigarettes, and our bedsheets and blankets did too.

Very poor and expensive food at their restaurants. It was horrible and they do not know how to prepare local food including veg and non veg. We had to find other restaurants in the area for lunch and dinner. They need to get some good cooks/chef from Kerala if they want to provide good service to their customers
