The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The concierge helped us find a local restaurant that had excellent food at a reasonable price. They have a beautiful garden accessible from the second floor. I would highly recommend the hotel for a relaxing and peaceful stay.

Room dated. Stayed 2N. First night room has no air cond. At 2.30am, got up to open the window. Staff extremely rude. Staff ushered a guest to the reception while I was in line to be the next one ie staff Jump Q in the reception. Staff spoke limited English.
Public bath on 14F has foreign object on the bottom of the pool. So didn't get to try out the onsen on the second day morning.
Overall, I prefer Sapporo Hotel by Granbell for staff politeness, casual and easy check-in, comfortable guest lounge, comfortable and trendy room, breakfast buffet acceptable for two mornings.
