Location was great. Staff was friendly. The property was run down, but still tidy. My daughter found the place “very dingy”. I thought it was fine, but clearly our standards are different.

I love staying at the Dorm Hotel whenever I go to Ithaca because it has unique decor, it's clean and conveniently located, the staff is always extremely nice and helpful, and the amenities in the common area makes the stay more comfortable. I highly recommend it for a fun, comfortable, and quiet stay.

Upon check in our room was excruciatingly hot . Maintenance was kind and helpful Chris brought us two box fans . Our downstairs bathroom smelt of urine, The pullout couch had dirty sheets on it , there was no hot water the three times I tried to shower, the dresser up stairs was sticky including the remote , there were crushed chips in the corner of the room.The front desk staff was notified Patty and Zach.Patty was too busy to talk when I asked to speak with management . Zack sent a worker to my room I was handed sheets and cleaner. I asked if he could at least change the sheets and clean the bathroom I was informed that he was not housekeeping and housekeeping left for the evening. I am appalled . My room should have been cleaned properly before check in or at the very least cleaned after I contacted front desk . We have stayed at this resort for the past six or so years for Fourth of July weekend meeting family from out of state . The heart and hospitality of Greek Peak has faded away . This is very unfortunate. My family and I will be finding other accommodations for the Fourth of July weekend. On a positive note the manager Rob from the water park was the only good thing about our trip. I enjoyed watching him walk round and round thru the water park fist bumping everyone and making sure everyone is safe and taken care of . He’s an asset to your company.also the Starbucks girl Kristine? She is kind , caring and helpful. Take notes from her front desk staff !!!!

Nice hotel, well maintained and clean. Resort fee is a complete rip-off. No breakfast to speak of except a store next door. Restaurant for diner was quite good. Expensive

I would say it's a nice inn which closes to the Taughannock stat park and the lake can be viewd well from the Lakeview spa room. And the Inn provides free light breakfast with selectedable three items and awesome services. The uncomfortable things are that the WiFi looks like unstable at all, no lunch service, at the front desk no one picks up your service request phone call, and we stayed there for 3 nights without 2 nights dinner services.
