rooms are a bit old and dingy. door may not close properly. baths are not the cleanest in our room but the food the pool the staff the coffee walking tour, price can’t go wrong.

Peaceful area and friendly people.

The property itself is beautiful, but unfortunately, the service and overall experience were awful. There was no water in the room, the TV didn’t work, and the included coffee tasted like water. They had an espresso machine, but none of the staff knew how to use it. The coffee was so bad that guests ended up figuring out the machine and making their own coffee. Most of the staff didn’t greet us, say goodbye, or even ask how our stay was. The only exception was Miguel on the night shift, who was helpful and welcoming—we truly appreciated him. A beautiful property means very little when basic amenities don’t work and guests are treated as though they don’t matter. Management seriously needs to improve its service, staff training, hospitality, and maintenance before I could recommend this place.
