The room was reasonably clean and comfortable, and the location was fine. Unfortunately, the complete lack of communication and basic guest support made this a very disappointing stay. There is no front desk, and no Wi-Fi information was provided in the reservation details or in the room. I contacted the property three different ways: through Hotels.com messaging, by email, and by phone, where I left a voicemail. I never received a response through any of them, even by the following day. At a self-check-in property with no front desk, guests must have a reliable way to get assistance when something as basic as Wi-Fi access is missing. The accommodations themselves were acceptable, but this level of nonexistent customer service is unacceptable and significantly affected my stay. I’m glad I was there for only one night and not longer. I definitely will not stay here again.
By the way, the attached photo shows the only thing left in the room: a worn envelope for tips. There was no guest information and no Wi-Fi information provided.

This is a great place to stay with a beautiful hotel and beautiful views from the hotel. The staff is great and the manager went out of his way to make sure our stay went well.
