First night they didnt even put ne in the king suite I booked online. This suit had wood sticking out of the bed. Cause the bed frame was broken. So they used planks that was sticking over the bed. Easy to trip over. Broken out lite on the lamp. So other person in the other bed couldn't charge phone. Door sticks so u have to pull really hard to get out. It was late when I checked in. So didnt bother to go c manager until next morning. She claims she didnt know. So she moved me to the king suite I originally booked. That room was clean and beautiful. But down fall. There is no outlets for the coffee maker. The microwave wasnt plugged in so had to carry microwave over to n outlet to plug in. Cause the outlets on the desk didnt work. And after that the microwave didnt work. Doesnt heat up at all. The mini fridge freezer wasnt working. My kids had their wisdom teeth taken out so needed to beable to put cold packs in freezer. Went and spoke to management about that. There solution was to bring ice pack down to the office and run back and fourth to get them and put them back. That wasnt gonna happen seeing it was 15 mins on and 15 mins off. So went and got refillable ice bags. Than go down to get ice. They only have a huge ice bin. No button for ice to come out. So everyone just putting their hands in it to get ice gross. Thank god it was just to fill ice bags or I wouldn't have used the ice at all. Hopefully people wasnt using the ice for drinks.
