The restaurant staff and food were excellent! Minor items such as shower drain that flooded bathroom and part of room, and water pressure were not up to par.

Hotel Marad was a fantastic 3night stay. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and made me and my son feel so welcome. I was really impressed with the sky bar and its staff too, they were a great bunch. We had a really good time up there each evening. Breakfast was just right. We had dinner a couple of nights. The menu changes everyday and all the food was spot on too. Reasonably priced. They also arranged a local transfer from the hotel back to the airport for us, which was so helpful and decent car. Finally the location of the hotel is perfect for trips to Pompei and surrento. Local train station is nearby. I would definitely recommend this place and even stay again if i was visiting the area. 👏👏👏

Pros: Great location, nice breakfast buffet, balcony with a view of the bay, pleasant staff. Cons: very uncomfortable hard pillows and bed, could not use Apple Pay - which caused us to have use a credit card that charged an exchange fee, terrible TV - we like to relax after a day of walking/touring, and there were TWO available stations, no streaming.

Antonio was a wonderful host and helped us adjust our itinerary and gave great recommendations. Breakfast was great as well and the hotel was clean, nice air conditioning, and a beautiful sea view.

This was a perfect stay! A big room, AC that worked well, comfortable bed, and balcony with a view of the sea. Villa Isabella is directly across the street from the beach, a perfect location! You do have to go up a lot of stairs, but that’s Europe! They respond very promptly to messages through the Expedia app and this is how we were able to make various requests. Giusy and Angelo were awesome! Sooo attentive! They offer free transfers from Minori to Maiori between their two hotels which is a lovely option (to see both towns!). Giusy set us up with a private driver back to the train station in Salerno which would have been very difficult to figure out for myself! She made everything so easy for us! Minori was our favourite place in the Amalfi Coast. I am not a fan of crowds, so Amalfi/Positano/Capri were quick visits. Minori and Ravello were our favourite places in Amalfi. Don’t miss Villa Cimbrone in Ravello for the spectacular view from the Infinity Terrace. Eat dinner at Il Giardinello in Minori. Get dessert and caffe freddo at Sal de Riso in Minori. His desserts are art work and delicious! We had such a lovely time!
