Weekend getaways in Lee Vining

We stayed 2 nights at this motel. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning unit worked very well. When we came back for our second night our room was spotless. The TV /Dish Network worked pretty well but remote unpaired. We had our own devices and was easy to connect to their wifi, so the remote was not a big deal but was happy to find it working well when we returned. Close to the main road with nice lake view.

Excellent place to stay. Our room had a brand new ice cold air conditioner, a very comfortable bed and a balcony with probably the best view of Mono Lake in all of Lee Vining where we sat to watch the sunrise. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The property is very well maintained, with nice shade trees, grass and flower, a stream that runs right through the middle with lots of places to sit and enjoy an evening. I was arriving later than expected on a cold night. I called ahead to see if they would turn on the heater in my cabin. They did. :)

What a cute place! Our motel room is clean and roomy. It has a nice seating area outside and the people are so kind and helpful. When I asked about a soda machine (which they don’t have) the owner offered to see what she had in her fridge. When she heard we were looking for ginger ale because my son was carsick, she brought over ginger candies! I wish we were staying for more than one night to have more time to enjoy it here.

Jeff and Jo have done a beautiful job with this 1880 building, preserving its historical character while also making it somehow look new, with fresh paint, unblemished wallpaper, high quality mattresses & linens, etc. A very pleasant stay with great hosts, with fun elements of its 19th century roots.

Nice simple layout, walking distance to June Lake, cozy rustic charm, and very clean.

Location is near to the stores and restaurant. Friendly staff.

Love it! Been going for years to fish with the kids. The Heidelberg holds many happy memories for. Will continue to go there whenever we can.

Really great stay! Adorable, clean, old-style hotel with a full kitchen and coffee maker. Easy walk to June Lake Brewing, grocery market and The Tiger Bar. View of the mountains from kitchen and bathroom. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view from our room Juniper Springs never disappoints

This is my go to spot. Even with visual construction. Dog friendly and a four star hotel. From the staff to the vibe it is all excellent. They had a small humidifier by the bed and essential oil for you to use for a good nights rest. Any woman traveling with just a dog, I highly recommend. I felt safe in and around the hotel. No cringe vibes.

Due to the corona virus. The resort closed without prior warning. The lodge was happy to accommodate us to leave early and refund for the nights not used. As we came from so far away to ski this was not the best news but the management at the lodge was more than helpful. We will be back.

Great location

This apartment was awesome! So clean and spacious. Enough room for my mom to use her walker indoors and the accessible shower was a bonus! They had lots of games in the entertainment center. (But no TV for those who can't live without it, although they have WiFi so if you bring your computer you can watch on that). Not far from restaurants and stores in June Lake. They have a tea pot, plates and silverware and a few staples in the cupboard (sugar, salt, pepper, etc.).

Great motel, close to June, Bodie, and more.

Wonderful staff, beautiful location, lovely motel! Clean, safe, quiet, and right in the middle of town.
