Wonderful hotel, great breakfast, ideal location, friendly staff.

Wonderful staff and breakfast. Room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities! Easy to get there with the metro...you literally come up out of the subway and arrive at the hotel. Very cool views of St Stephens church and the delightful Christmas market!

The hotel was fantastic, breakfast was amazing and it was in a quieter part of town close to public transit.

Loved staying here! The location was good for us -- we enjoy walking, and were able to walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go. There are restaurants close by. The complimentary spa was AMAZING!!!! We reserved the spa for 10:00 in the evening -- perfect end to a day full of walking. It was about a 10 minute walk from the subway station to the hotel. The staff was very, very accommodating. Excellent service and property

The Hotel staff thrives in offering excellent service.

When we arrived in Vienna, many streets were closed for a parade and the taxi could not get closer than 1 km from the hotel. I am mobility impaired and the hotel sent someone with a wheelchair to take me to the hotel and then he returned to take my companion with 2 suitcases to the hotel. Service in excess! The breakfast buffet was fabulous and the staff was the best! Next time in Vienna I will definitely return.

Amazing experience. It was everything I wanted for the trip and some more. The location couldn’t be better. The hotel is so pretty and clean. I will definitely go there again and again.

We liked everything about this hotel. We travel often and this hotel was one of the best!

Chose the hotel due to its convenient location between the Hauptbahnhof and the Ring. Though a tiny bit dated (with some recent upgrades) it exceeded expectations; especially the level of attention and care from the staff. We needed to get antigen tests prior to our flight back to the States and were pointed by one gentleman at the front desk to a location near city hall where we could get them on the spot and for free. Beautiful property. Awesome location. Breakfast was fabulous. Staff great too. We had a problem with our first room. They tried to fix the tv and couldn’t, so they moved us to an upgraded room. However, when we got to that room- immediately we can hear the toilet running. So we say thanks but no. Emma, at reception, was fantastic. She was really busy with other customers- but she managed to get us another room. Guess what- no internet… it’s an old building with lots of stucco. I am tired and...

The hotel is on a great location close to the train station and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are very modern and well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay.

They offered a parking lot which was very convenient. Breakfast was nice. But the best thing of all. Was the galaxy display on our ceiling that we didn’t even notice until I was just about to go to bed. I don’t know if it was glow in the dark paint or what but it was accurate and beautiful.

Super friendly staff, frint desk and bar staff. Nice accommodations. Not far from the train and the cable car.
