We arrived greeted by a wonderful staff. Lobby so nice an clean, we have stayed here 5 times this year, we go to concerts an casinos, believe it or not we always get the same room. We love it.pet friendly, clean room, great staff, We couldn't ask for anything better.

Rooms were clean. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of newer slot machines. Casino is right on the Mississippi River.

Everything in general is very good at the hotel

The only bad thing was the pool was closed for 2 days we were there due to it needed to be shocked due to some algae from some of the people that were staying there.

This is a brand-spanking new hotel; so new that it doesn't appear on some maps & taxi/Uber drivers have difficulty in locating it. It's near the Slim Chicken if drivers need directions. As it's fairly new, everything was clean & in excellent condition. The staff were very friendly. The price paid included an all-you-can-eat self-service continental breakfast, which included a range of cereals, fruit, hot waffles, yoghurt, toast, muffins, bacon, scrambled egg, cheesy-egg muffins. 4 different...

Location, it was near everything we came to Memphis to do, but far enough away, that we felt safe.

Great quiet location, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and great breakfast. After traveling every weekend for the past month, this is the best hotel stay my family and I encountered. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. I even received a call from the front desk after getting to my room to make sure it met my expectations. Would definitely stay again.

The desk manager when we arrived was very friendly and helpful.

Stay was great. Very clean and friendly staff. Management was Helpful and accommodating on a special request. Will stay again when travels bring us back to the area

Staff attended to our check-in immediately and was so friendly and informative. The room was a studio and was so spacious and clean. Very comfortable bed. Will definitely stay here again!

Very nice, close to restaurants

We stayed here to attend the Rodeo in Tunica. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable, they offered breakfast but we did not eat.

Quick 1 night stay but the room was clean and the staff was nice and helpful. All I could’ve asked for.

Check in was easy. Staff was very kind and helpful. At check out they made sure I had a way to the airport in a timely manner.
