Perfect little cottage!

Relaxing and beautiful. Would definitely stay here again. Would bring our golf clubs next time. Weren’t planning on golfing on this trip.

The location is everything as it is 1 street over from main street. The room was a nice size with 2 double beds and was clean with a large private balcony overlooking the street. The room had a mini fridge, a TV with limited cable, a telephone, great air conditioning and lighting. The bathroom was small with a very small and low toilet, low water pressure and a very small shower head, but the water temperature was good. Also limited counter space. My friend and I spent 4 nights in this beautiful bed and breakfast. The property is conveniently located on Route 28 in Falmouth. Not only is the house on a bike trail, but you are allowed to use the bikes for free, even to take to the Vinyard, a 40 minute ride by ferry. We went over twice using the Queen Authority first from Falmouth and the Steamship Authority from Woods Hole the next. The Steamship was cheaper and better. But there are really nice beaches nearby. Our room was so comfortable and quiet. The beds were terrific! It was easy to check in and out and so close to the Glass museum and great restaurants. We’ll certainly stay here again on our next trip to the Cape!

Friendly staff ,nice room Main floor could have been cleaner

Gorgeous property right out of the gate from the area where you enter and check-in merging with the space to sit by the fireplace then the beautiful, rustic tavern and stunning event space in addition to the lovely, updated and spacious room just yards away for our overnight stay! Very friendly and kind staff as well! Could not be more impressed and pleased with our stay. Perfect balance of rustic, old Cape Cod charm and modern amenities. Superb!

It's a great place for family's! They have a awesome indoor pool and hot tub!

Ok for the purpose

Great location. Just steps away from Craigville. Rooms are clean and quaint. We loved hanging out on our private patio. We got a partial ocean view room, which basically means downstairs room. Next time we stay we are going to pay the extra money for a ocean view room , which is an upstairs room with a balcony and they must have really great views. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. They gave us a tour of their regatta suite and we would really love to stay there for our anniversary....

I had stayed there before and it was good. This time around, ten years later, I found it to be great!

I had a wonderful stay at the beach breeze inn. I highly recommend this property and will stay here again in the future.

What the large chains are taking away is just what this Inn does in spades - lots of thoughtful little extras that make your stay enjoyable - A warm welcome from owner's who care - not just complimentary toiletries, but cloth napkins at a generous breakfast display even fresh homemade muffins!! Very clean, pleasantly decorated room and comfortable bed. We will definitely book here again.

Wonderful staff and sparkling clean rooms. The grounds are beautiful. The pool was perfect. We didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back! Thank you for your hospitality!

The motel is older but is incredibly clean. The staff is courteous and extremely helpful. It is right in a business district so we were able to walk to everywhere including the beach. We are making plans to go back. Thank you!
