Everything was great!

Everything was beautiful nice and clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Maybe just a suggestion would be nice to have complementary water and coffee when guests arrive or waiting.

Good service I recommend this place

This is a great property to stay at for value, location, spacious room and included, breakfast (hot and cold food). I was quite surprised. The photos doesn’t do it justice for room space and in room kitchen amenities. There’s not too much to the actual property. But it’s minimal, updated and clean.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY, definitely #1 choice for my family. We felt safe, room was super quiet, super clean. This is our second year staying here. We highly recommend this hotel, staff made us feel welcomed and felt like home, even though it was for a weekend stay. If it were up to me, I’d give the staff a raise.

Our family booked a very last-minute local getaway and this place was great! Good size for a family of 4. Best location just steps from the beach. Very responsive staff that I could text and ask qs to or request what I needed. Awesome hot tub. The floors could have been cleaner since we are barefoot inside but otherwise everything seemed clean. I appreciated how all the dishes were run in the dishwasher just before arrival so you knew it was all clean and didn't feel the need to rewash anything....

My husband and I booked our stay for our 13th anniversary. Can’t put into words how cute this places is. We stayed in number six which is the crown . Very comfortable bed and bathroom size was good . In the room you have a teapot, a pour over for coffee and also looseleaf tea with teabags to brew . From the moment we arrived bedraggled & exhausted after being mandatory evacuated from the beastly Thomas fire, we felt like the Four Seasons understood our plight & did everything in their power to relax us and provide a comfortable oasis. Having stayed at the Hummingbird Inn 5 years ago, we decided to stay again on our recent visit. We were not disappointed! The property is undergoing a renewal that is wonderful. The check-in area is beautiful and our host was wonderful. We were assigned to one of the bungalows. WOW. It was very new and modern. We loved the décor and the functionality as well. Very comfortable bed as well. We will most definitely look forward to another visit hopefully in less than another 5 years.

Clean and quiet.

Hands down, our favorite resort in California. Phenomenal customer service from the second you set foot on the property. Beautiful grounds, clean rooms. Can’t wait to come back!

When we arrived on Wednesday, the woman at the office was rude and abrupt about having to help us out with the lounge chairs at the pool. We were shocked at her behavior.

Everything was comfortable. The elevator floors were very dirty and the tile floors in the bathroom were very sticky.. we encountered a dog during the breakfast hours eating with their person off the table top two mornings.
