We found the hotel to be in a perfect location off the high way. Hotel was very clean beds were super comfortable. Nice variety on the breakfast items -- a nice selection of toppings for the waffles and the homemade smoothies were a huge hit -- I give the breakfast a 10++ - we will definitely stay again when we travel through Bay City.

Service was exceptional. I had a small beetle in my room and admittedly overreacted big time but the girl at the front was awesome.
Offered to change me rooms and even refund me if I wanted but I switched rooms and it was great.
