hands down best hotel stay ever. Super clean, modern, sophisticated room. Bed was amazingly comfortable. high tech large TV with options for logging into your own netflix and Youtube accts, free Showtime channels. Bathroom has walkin shower, no plastic tub surround. Full breakfast with many options, self serve. Cookies baked in the evenings. staff was so friendly and informative.

We really enjoyed the free breakfast offered in the morning. The biscuits and gravy were delicious. The soaking tub in our king room was dangerous to get in and out of. Not a well planned idea for the room. Also the ice machine on our floor was out of service.

I was in town for a convention. Pros: The hotel is located right off of the exit 187 (I-90 E), 17 minutes away from downtown Spokane (for Seattle people that’s so close by). So I could avoid those too many homeless people in DT Spokane. Quiet neighborhood, parking lot is a lot, I can’t vouch for safety but I didn’t see or experience anything bad during stay. Nice big parking lot. Walkable to a very nice Restaurant. The mall and other dining options within a driving mile. Nice and clean with a big refrigerator and microwave.

Everything was good until check out time I paid for a 1:30 check out and they started knocking on my door at 11:30 not kool when your only getting 4-5 hours of sleep

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Property Smells nice and is clean throughout. Grounds were kept up and no visible litter. Older air conditioner/fan so was a little noisy. They have a laundry room for guests with 2 washers and dryers, which were affordable $2 each. Nothing compared to the West Spokane Motel 6...smh... You have great staff members and they care forvthe property well! Will stay again!

We enjoyed our two night stay.

The property was absolutely gorgeous, bed and bedding were first rate. It was quite comfortable. The location was perfect for our business needs and the proximity to the riverfront park was great. We did not have a rental car, but had no trouble finding places to shop, dine and relax.

Room was very nice and near new. Everything in the room was great except no microwave oven. The major downside is my we are seniors and my wife is disabled and walks with a cane. The placement of the elevators in the hotel required a fair walk to get there. Also our room was about as far away from the lobby, restaurant, and casino as we could get. My wife was having difficulty getting back to the room at the end of our evening.

Staff professional

The staff at this place is amazing so helpful and friendly. We had a big group of family staying for New Years and my sisters 50th bday. They were so accommodating let us play games in the lobby even one night one of the employees brought us cookies. Whatever you guys are doing to make this employees happy it shows.
