Second time there,can't wait to return

Very clean, cute little place at the end of a cul-de-sac that backs up to a forested area. Easy to follow check in instructions, super friendly and helpful staff. Nice sized room, everything in good working order. Again, super clean. Great value, definitely a great visit.

The property is beautiful, clean, modern, and family friendly! My family and I had a blast. After a long day of beach, family and fun we would all come back to the property swim and call it a night. It was perfect! There are plenty of beds, air conditioning, and a small kitchenette to brew coffee or make food. You will not regret it!

The property is great for the price especially in comparison to ones 15-20 minutes down the road. The lady Anna at the front desk is super amazing! So friendly and helpful! There are several options for great authentic Puerto Rican food super close and even a shopping mall and several other food options about 15 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the breakfast, the room was very pretty and comfy, close to very nice locations.

Property was great for kids! Had transportation to the beach and old San Juan. Was walking distance to T-mobile arena. Then Francisco makes the best drinks at the bar. (The chicken tenders are amazing)

My husband, son and I spent the night prior to our cruise the next day. Property was clean and located very conveniently to restaurants. Staff were friendly and assisted us with finding transportation to cruise port.

Hotel Milano is placed in a great area, me and my mate was able to walk to pretty much everything, food, shopping, bars, and local convenience stores. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we were even given complimentary umbrella for the rain. I really appreciate the hospitality, I would definitely recommend others to stay here. I felt safe and everyone in the area was very welcoming.

People at the front desk were friendly and accommodating. The property itself is great with great location. Amazing atmosphere and spacious and the rooms are nice. The staff at the restaurant was not smiling and not really friendly. The only person who was nice and accommodating was the manager. The rest of the servers were just food delivers.

Looking for a local hotel, instead of the "tourist" traps in VSJ? One that is literally right on the beach? And has a bar, grill and views of the ocean on BOTH sides? Say no more. Found this place while on the plane on an impromptu, last-minute, mind-clearing weekend trip and couldn't have been more relaxed. Not busy. Not full of tourists like VSJ. Not pretentious. The hotel was nice with an amazing Bay view and pool lounge area. The front desk staff were nice and friendly especially Chris. He had great customer service and very down to earth. The junior suite is a nice size with an amazing view of the bay if you’re on the back side of the hotel. The balcony is also a nice size. There’s a small sofa but no chair(s).
