A peaceful charming hotel tucked into a hipster neighborhood in Venice. The accommodations were great but the service is the diamond in the rough here. He responded so quickly with every question and the booking and check-in process couldn’t have been easier. Our night away expectations were exceeded with our LA staycation at Aliza Hotel … Daniel and team renewed my faith in customer service excellence! 👏👏

we stayed one night for my bf birthday, the inn was super clean, the bed was very comfortable, staff was nice, close parking, very quiet location, our room had a whole balcony with a view of venice beach, a mini fridge, tall mirrors, Tv with a lot of channels, coffee machine. not to mention it’s very close distance to the beach/pier and many restaurants, will definitely be staying again! i’m super picky with inns and hotels but i absolutely loved this one, 10/10 recommend!!

The hotel has a very popular and busy rooftop bar; however, there is only one elevator for hotel guest, and those visiting the rooftop so it can be very slow. I was disappointed we weren’t offered any VIP perks. The front desk staff, the maids and the breakfast staff were all wonderful.

This property is great with a few specific callouts: 1) The rooms are not very big. They were fine for my 12 year old and myself, but were still a little tight. 2) The parking is also very tight and if you get back later than 11pm and the staff is not there and someone has stolen a spot, you can be in a tough spot. Luckily the people who stole my spot left before I had to park in an illegal spot (although the staff assured me they'd cover the ticket if I got one) 3) The hotel is right...

We had an awesome time! The room was clean and very well decorated. I felt like I was really "on vacation!" And I live at the beach. Kids were happy, husband was happy and was very happy! Can't say enough about this awesome hotel, staff, location, decor, cleanliness all top rate. Our friends stayed at a hotel 2 blocks down from this one an there is no comparison, even she was bummed at how great our room was! Awesome awesome awesome!!!

From the humble opinion of an ordinary working class couple on a getaway from busy suburban lives three thousand miles away, the experience was one that will last a lifetime. We stayed in apartment 32 on the 3rd floor. When you open the windows you are greeted by the cool scent and sounds of crashing waves from the Pacific Ocean a few feet away. Clean, affordable room with great access to the wildness & joy & hardship of Venice in one direction and the quiet streets and affluence of Santa Monica in the other. Exactly as advertised & reviewed. I appreciated the fridge and microwave and ESPN access. Will visit again as a base to see our LA-based daughter.

We really enjoyed our stay! Safe neighborhood only a 10min Uber to universal studios. Very safe neighborhood. Clean property and accommodating. The only thing I notice was the wallpaper is starting to peel, but it’s also obvious they are actively working on updating the property. Breakfast is pastries only, but if you want more there are dozens of options within 2 blocks. Very much would stay there again.

We love staying here. The pool is heated and there is plenty of shade. Used the bar for the first time a drinks were perfect. Eric at the front desk exseplefies what being a host is all about. He has great customer service skills.

Property itself was nice and clean. Very comfortable bed. Area around the property is exactly what you think for Los Angeles. Eve though the area around it is sketchy… there wasn’t a time I felt unsafe. Definitely would stay there again!

Great location, friendly staff, close to Warner Bros and Olive's is a great close restaurant. Pool was nice. Cool that they had several movies/shows filmed here as displayed on their Wall of Fame. Would stay again.

Two times staying here all my stays have been good only thing that they changed was early check in now has a fee other than that everything was perfect
