The room was tightly built. The beds were full not queen as advertised... supplies woof towels were made insufficient for 3 guests.

Location is decent if you like to stay out of chicago. It would be a 30-45 min drive. Save tolls by taking I-94. Can get stuck in the rush hour traffic if heading to chicago. They really don’t care about customer experience but will let you know they do. Managerial staff also really don’t care much. They did offer us points because they didn’t send room service for two days even with advance notice and made it sound like they are helping us out. We did not take it because they don’t accept their mistake. Bedsheets are getting old. No cameras in parking lot. So not safe from that stand point. Pricing wise, with this service should be 60-70$ a night but they would charge more and don’t give things in return.

Check in was easy. The room however was rather warm. I had to request a box fan to the room because it was so warm. Adjusted the thermostat to cooler temp and they informed be that AC wouldn’t work because outside temperature is below 55 degrees but the room was still too warm.

I didnt like thag there wasnt a pool for a 3 star hotel. There was no continental breakfast. The floor was soaked. They said it was from snow but we were on the 2nd floor so if it was from snow, they have a huge water problem.
