There is nothing I would change about this inn. The Harris suite was incredibly spacious (the online photos don't do it justice--there are two comfy wing chairs and a small table with chairs if you want breakfast in the room. Great location, very clean facility with amenities, the staff was very friendly and were able to accommodate a room change request very quickly. The bed was extremely comfortable-great after a long day and night of exploring. Breakfast was included with the suite we had and had a good selection to choose from. The only thing I would recommend is to get a room on the Market street side. The drinking age in Nova Scotia is 19 and the bars on the Grafton street side allow their patrons to wander...

We enjoyed a well stocked kitchen suite. Our stay was short so we did not use all the items available. This hotel is great for family vacations. The swimming pool is excellent. There is a Dennys Restaurant and an A&W on the premises. Wish we had more time.

This property and the staff were amazing! Very clean and comfortable upscale property within walking distance of the public gardens, the Citadel and the waterfront. Excellent shopping and dining options nearby. The restaurant in the hotel was also very good! We ate there 3 times and everything was excellent.

I stayed two night The staff were friendly. The didn’t speak our language also had some difficulty understanding each other. They all spoke among themselves in their own language. We were standing unaware to what they were saying. Little uncomfortable. But I would definitely stay there again and the room were very nice and clean.

Wonderful, wonderful experience. The restaurant was fantastic, check in was a breeze, the room was clean and well taken care of. But, above all else, the staff at the check in counter were amazing. We had a one night reservation but got stuck in the huge and horrible July rain/thunder storm. Roads were closed down due to flooding and unsafe road conditions and the threat of a dam breaching.
