The staff could not have been nicer -- from the front desk, to the restaurant, to the cleaning crew. They were always friendly and accommodating. The hotel was beautiful and kept very, very clean. And I think the Doubletree has Magic Sleeping Beds! They were sooooo comfortable!!

This is a beautiful hotel that is very well run. The management and staff are very friendly and helpful. It is located in a safe neighborhood near public transportation which makes it easy to get anywhere in London. I loved the terrace overlooking the garden.
Breakfast was great and the other few meals we had there were also very good. This is my new favourite hotel.

This is a quaint hotel. The bathrooms are brand new, but the rest of the hotel has an English feel that welcomes you. The elevators are very small, but we never had any problems using them. There is a wonderful bar and an excellent restaurant. The staff could not be nicer. We had a dedicated doorman who helped me in and out of taxis. We loved every minute of our stay and would highly recommend it.
