Best hotel I have stayed at in quite some time. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The homemade bread was excellent. The room was bigger than expected and the beds were comfortable. We stayed here to get away from the crowds at Venice and could not have picked a more relaxing area. The river runs right next to it. The town has a train station with a direct route to Venice. Hotel is very close to the main train station of Quatro D'Altino. The hotel provides a shuttle to and from that train station to main Venezia St Lucia and also provides the train tickets (Return trips) all for a total of 20 Euro's for 2 people. This is the perfect hotel for exploring Venice. Their shuttle provided round trip transportation to and from the airport, and the train station was located directly behind the hotel, making for an easy trip to the island. The hotel could use an update, but the convenience and service makeup for it. nice hotel with easy 10 min walk to train. Breakfast was nice and very reasonable. We stayed at another hotel in the same area and paid more but were just as happy here.

If you have an early flight departing Marco Polo Airport, staying at this hotel is the way to go. This is my second stay in the past three months; and they did not disappoint! With their extensive shuttle service that operates from 04:40 until midnight, no worries about getting to the airport on time. This service is only 5 euros per person. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is clean, conveniently located, and very cute. Taking the advice from a previous reviewer, we got a canel view (rm3), and we loved it so much. It can be noisy if you’re sensitive to noise but didn’t bother us (in fact we slept so well). The photos do not do this property justice. The rooms look old in the photos and that could not be further from reality. The rooms are freshly renovated and the motif makes them appear in photos to have faded paint and furnishings, this is due to the color aesthetic not coming through in the pictures.

It was very easy to get to the property by waterbus taxi. The waterbus taxi stand is just several feet away. The room and bathroom was beautiful and spacious; with a canal view!! The staff was very nice and professional!

We arrived by taxi, and with the help of a porter, arrived easily to the hotel which was very close to the train station. We had a wonderful host helping us check in , they brought our bags to the room, and guided us the room and showed us how to use the key.
