We had a wonderful stay at Tracey's place. It was quiet and peaceful, and our host, Tracey, was wonderful. Amazing breakfasts and, as an extra, we added the charcutier board. We loved our stay!!

The B&B was in the most perfect location, just one block from downtown Saugatuck. The Inn’s breakfast was fantastic. We stayed in the Lily room which had it’s own bathroom. The yard is set up with small tables and chairs for a lovely respite anytime of the day. We drank wine in the evening and watched the birds in and out of the many feeders.

It was such a nice place to stay for my friends wedding. You are treated like family the moment you walk and feel a sense of peace. Perfect location, short walk to everything. Would stay again

Walt was great at check-in and was very conversational. We had wished the other property he owns had been opened during the off-season. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The pillows were very nice and loved the remodeling of the bathroom area. We noticed that the wall where the towels are needs some paint, but that is it. You can tell that lots of care goes into this place.

Proprietor, Rob, very attentive, friendly, helpful and involved in community.
Facilities are an effectively retrofitted and revised motel format. Seeing this place, you might be inclined to wonder why there don't seem to be more places like this.
Easy-going environment around grounds, with a horseshoe around a pool and a place for a bonfire.
Easily drivable to Saugatuck, Douglas and beaches, but removed from them.

This is a lovely B&B with a friendly, accommodating staff and an absolutely perfect location in Saugatuck. Walk a short block past the park and you're in the shopping district. Walk a block the other direction and you're at the Kalamazoo River. Breakfasts were very satisfying and served with casual elegance, rooms were comfortable, light and airy. A few "quirky" characteristics (that one would expect given the age of the establishment - uneven floor in places, etc.) only added to the...
