Everything was good.

This is a beautiful property at the far north end of Trocones and on the edge of Manzanillo beach. Wonderful rooms each have an outdoor sitting room. The ocean views are fabulous, but the ones by the pool looked nice, too. Gorgeous decor and creative outdoor showers. We had good food in the small restaurant. This is definitely much higher quality than the price would indicate. Extremely peaceful. Trocones town still has an authentic feel, in spite of the tourism. The beach is beautiful.

The room was spotless and totally charming as was the entire retreat center. The staff was delightful and the location was perfect.

Will go back soon

I wanted a nice, quiet environment where I could relax without the hustle and bustle a typical beach environment brings. I didn't want vendors bothering me every few moments nor share a beach with 200 other strangers. This is why Capella was an excellent choice! The rooms with a private-edge infinity pool are a must for couples wanting to relax by the pool with a nice drink in hand. We will be back!

Our experience was wonderful ! Humberto was professional , welcoming and really care for our stay. We brought our little puppy and even she had a wonderful experience . The environment was calm, peaceful and enjoyable. We will be staying in the future !

I rarely write reviews but this facility truly warrants some commentary. My wife and myself visited for our 20th anniversary and EVERYTHING was spectacular; Service, location and dining. Service - At no point during our stay did I ever have to search for an answer. The staff from Laura at the front desk to Fredy in the restaurant a subtle glance from either myself or my spouse they would spring into action...INCREDIBLE Location - this hotel is literally built into a rock formation and...

Place feels brand new and very luxury. Angel was very helpful and responsive. Location could not be better.

The property was gorgeous with outstanding service. You are made to feel like you are staying a high luxury property with privacy and everything you need. Very unique experience. . The beach and many restaurants are nearby.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful Casita emensely. The view overlooking Zihua Bay was spectacular. Morning breakfast was both varied and tasty. Very short walk to La Ropa beach. About one mile walk to center of town or taxis readily available.The staff was welcoming, always and helpful. There are 5 large bedrooms in this facility. After the four other occupants, that were there when we arrived left, we had the whole place to ourselves.would HIGHLY recommend this lodging.

Great place, friendly staff, great food, nice beaches and sweet dogs.

The location is great with a short 10-15 minute walk to town either by surface street along the canal or the path along the water. Rooms are rustic and comfortable with private deck, hammock, fridge, coffee maker, daily maid service providing bottled water and even nightly turn down service where they replace the flower petals on your bed with something like coconut macaroon cookies. in the afternoons there was a bottle of tequila out for sampling in the lobby. Every single member of the staff was friendly, respectful, considerate, and earnest. I have stayed at luxury hotels all over the world, including in Hawaii, and I have never come across a more caring staff. The attitude toward the guest is "this is your home." And when you are there you feel like part of a small family. I wish I had taken more pictures of the staff & I. A very special thanks to Edgar, Huber, and David.
