Really nice 2 bedroom apartment in historical house-great applicances, comfortable and spacious living and bedroom areas. We were only two, comfortable for up to 2 couples easily. 10-15 minute walk to downtown along pleasant street. Coffee shop around the corner. Very pleasant and comfortable stay , and reasonably priced.

Very cute cottage, 10 min walk to OSF theaters. It has everything you need - full kitchen, front room, and AC for the hot summers! Owner very kind. Will stay there again!

Our family has rented many many places all over the United States, and I have to say this is one of the nicest rentals I’ve ever experienced. Credibly comfortable beds every pot and pan they could ever use beautiful furnishings very peaceful and wonderful for three couples I’ll be back!

The Grandview house and property far exceeded our expectations. We especially enjoying making meals together in the beautiful kitchen and reminiscing on the deck while taking in the spectacular views. We were fortunate to see lots of wildlife too. We hope to come back next year.

A beautiful serene landscape compliments the beautifully decorated and very comfy rooms. Beds and pillows were divine. Breakfast was epicurean.

The lovely innkeeper met me for a late checkin at 19 pm. There was e-vehicle charging right by my room. The sidewalks were a tad rough to navigate with my rolling suitcase - but overall all lovely stayover in Ashland

This hotel is comprised of two Victorian style houses. One is just rooms and the other is the restaurant/bar with rooms too (I think). The gardens were gorgeous, the staff was super friendly and here was the clincher...they could feed my wife despite several food allergies. We were so floored when we came down to breakfast and they had made my wife a special pastry and seamlessly provided her second course. The rooms are in keeping with the style of the property. Love the key pad systems for all the doors! It made check-in & check-out the easiest it’s ever been. The room was immaculate & gorgeous. We are regular tourists in Ashland & have stayed in many other hotels & airbnbs & we would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. The location is perfect. It’s close to everything and there is a grocery store right across the street which was very convenient. The pool was awesome. It was the warmest hotel pool I’ve ever swam in. Continental breakfast was really good. They have a cold breakfast which includes a yogurt bar with two different yogurt options and lots a different toppings to choose from. They also had toast, bagels, muffins, cereal, coffee, tea, juice and more.

This is a great spot for all kinds of transitions; moving to the area, coming through town, extended hiking, trips with family and friends, as examples. The hostel is well-run with a proprietor who cares about the experience of the hostelers, including an emphasis on positive behavior.

Helpful and kind staff. Very comfortable bed and beautiful room. The hotel lobby and mezzanine is stunning.

The property is located close to the freeway and has a brewery down the block from the hotel. We enjoy this place as it is easy to get to and allows us quiet time when we need it.

We had a wonderful stay at McCall House. Everything was first rate in this historic and charming boutique B and B. It is close to shops and the Shakespeare theatre. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was fantastic!, the innkeeper was informative and helpful. Finally, the breakfast was gourmet and healthy! P.S. we saw Sense and Sensibility and thoroughly enjoyed it!

We've travelled to Ashland on several occasions and stayed in variety of accommodations. This is one of our favorites.

Staff is top notch. Older property but VERY well maintained. Pretty quiet. Breakfast is standard cheap continental. Only drawback I saw is the heat/AC is one of the through the wall type that turns on and off all night. You should be able to select continuous fan in any setting but no such option. I would stay here again.

We stayed here on the recommendation of a friend. So glad we did. The room was clean and spacious. Hotel is well-kept and very quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the breakfast. Convenient to OSF. Would recommend.
