If you are going to Cocoa Beach, you NEED to stay here. Its away from all the people, the beach is right across the street, and you can kayak the river. Beautiful set up. 7 min drive will bring you to the Golf course pavillion where you can see off the dock the bioluminescent waters. If im ever in the area again, definitely staying here again!

My family is just about to check out of this fabulous place and we are already talking about our next visit.
The room (coco suite) was always clean and had everything we needed to allow us to unplug and spend some hassle free beach time together. It was great (take note dads) not having to worry about parking at the beach and carrying all of our stuff several blocks. We just woke up, ate breakfast in our cute little kitchen and walked the thirty or so steps to one of the nicest segments of cocoa...

The south beaches of Cocoa Beach are really the best, and these cottages are located in a quiet area compared to other places close to the pier. I was a solo traveler, but this would be a great place for a family get away as well.

We have stayed here a couple of times when visiting the space center. Less than 30 minute drive to the center. The rooms are really a 2 bedroom condo. Lots of room, tastefully decorated. Walk out the back door and you are on the beach. Nice heated pool and hot tub. Other resort activities like a movie room. Decent Mexican restaurant in the hotel. Liked this hotel so much it has become my gold standard for how I judge similar properties. Only about a third of the rooms have a direct water view,...

I want to use words like "quaint" and "charming," but I don't want the reader to interpret those words negatively. This is an old Florida hotel, but they have made some nice upgrades. When I say quaint and charming I mean it in a positive way. With only 11 units, even when they are completely booked there aren't a lot of guests on the grounds. Most of these beach-side resorts are so spread out that if you get a room near the beach you have to walk forever to get to the pool, and vice versa. Oh,...

Everything was perfect, from the check-in, cleanliness of the room, the breakfast attendant was really nice, and kept the buffet full at all times. It was also great to have extra towels when needed. The manager was really nice too, so was the front desk. Very professional.

Our beach view was lovely and we enjoyed the location near many things, including the pier. The room was very nice and clean. We would stay here again.

What a great experience staying at Westgate. Staff goes above and beyond with kindness and helpfulness. So many kid friendly amenities and the suite we stayed in was immaculate. We are not owners and this was our first time staying at a Westgate resort. The only anxiety I felt was when we first checked in. It was after a 10 hour drive with two little ones and I was very tired. The front desk clerk was kind and prompt with check in, however I felt very attacked by “timeshare” concierge afterwards...
