We were pleased with room cleanliness, overall this is our mainly feature for a Hotel stay. The reason I gave 2 star for Staff is because even the room was paid at the time of online reservation, I received an invoice under my door, that another card that Holiday Inn kept on file, was charged for a higher amount for same room. Location was excellent - a little hard to get to off of the highway but not a big problem. Room was very spacious and quite comfortable. Very nice breakfast without plastic utensils!

Restaurant and bar are nice to have in the hotel. Clean and quiet. Will definitely stay here again.

Nothing to fancy or expensive, but a great value for the price! Very clean facilit. Wonderful, friendly staff who even let us into our room 3 hours early to check in and gave us breakfast even though we were leaving 3 hours before breakfast started on the posted time. Pool was super warm and clean as well. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

TownePlace was new when I stayed ( 3/2022 ) and in great condition. Room was large ( so were the TVs ;-) ) The only complaint about any facet of the operation was the work area and chair - the work area was OK, not exceptional. The chair should be returned and the SKU struck from any potential order from anybody, ever, for all time. It is not a good chair. But when the only non-positive thing about a place is the chair somebody's doing something pretty well.

This is LONG overdue and for that I apologize. My 12 year son and I were traveling from central Illinois up to Green Bay to take in a Packers game this past December, staying the night in Appleton. We wanted to take a night off in the country away from the Chicago area and our favorite two hour away place is Elkhart Lake, WI. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom condo due to an issue in the reserved room. The condo had a fireplace, kitchen, a tremendous view of the lake, it was outstanding! We didn't expect the upgrade but the staff was so accommodating, what a delightful stay at Siebken's in Elkhart Lake, thank you!

Beautifully restored B&B with many updates to make our stay comfortable. Large private bathroom with a gorgeous walk-in shower. The room was nice-sized with a view of the patio and expansive side yard. Paul and Candace were outstanding hosts and excellent cooks - breakfast was delicious! I would highly recommend this B&B for anyone who is visiting the Green Lake area.

Gorgeous property. Friendly staff. Quiet except the upstairs neighbors had squeaky floor boards and were up walking around from 5-8 am and we couldn't sleep. Bar on main floor is beautiful but not open very long. The bartender Bill makes the best old fashioned. Clean. Very comfortable bed. Jetted tub was amazing. Would definitely stay there again.

Had some mechanical issues on a hot first day. A/C compressor was not starting on each cycle. Whirlpool would not shut off. Tried for an hour did not want to bother other guests but finally got it shut off. Minor maintenance issue. We had to leave early and return late from a conference about 70 miles away.
