This was our second time staying here. The room is not huge but has enough storage like drawers under the bed. We got lucky again to get checked in super early which was much appreciated after taking a cross country red-eye flight. The gym at the basement is well equipped. Front desk staff are friendly & very welcoming. I’d highly recommend this place!!

Location is very good and convenient. 3/4 minutes walk from the Harvard university, and have nice staffs. Water and tea/ coffee available all the time at free of cost. I loved this place because my son is staying 1 minute away from the hotel.

We missed the turn to the check-in parking spot at entrance at night and had to park somewhere next block to walk back to check in. It was nice that after check-in, you will have a permit to park at the garage but it was not visible when arriving at late night. It would have been nice to have a sign for people to follow at night. (or even a friendly instruction in the reservation email about turning into Water Street to park and check in. )
