This motel was better than we were expecting. It's really a great deal. The outdoor pool was super clean with a cool little waterfall. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I slept great. It was quiet, clean and bug-free. The front desk service was friendly and helpful, offering us pool towels at check-in. I can't think of anything bad to say about this place. I will stay here again.

I loved our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. There is a wonderful breakfast with lots of options like hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, cereal, oatmeal, yogurts, coffee, cold water and waffles for no additional cost from 6-10am. There is a fitness center and pool if you have time. It is around 15-20 minutes to Kent State University. The staff is hard working and always willing to help. There was lots of places to shop and eat near by. I highly recommend making...

Wonderful stay. We were there for a gymnastics meet. We were going to have to leave before breakfast service and the employee who opens breakfast came in early and had it ready before we had to leave. It was an excellent location as well.

Stayed here for a friend's wedding at Stan Hywet... good location and close drive to Akron. Check in was simple and they allowed early check-in since I had to get ready for the wedding. Room was clean and updated and very spacious; full kitchenette was unexpected but very appreciated. Would stay here again if I needed to be in the Akron area.

I was traveling to Canton for an event and the host hotel was sold out. I went online and read the reviews for other hotels and Springhill Suites had great reviews. It was the perfect choice. Very close to the airport, but also within walking distance of tons of great shopping. This would be a great hotel for families as they have washers/dryers available and free breakfast. The kids at the table next to us were having a blast making waffles.
