Quiet and clean. I will stay there again. The included breakfast was simple, however hotel guests get a discount at the Village Inn restaurant (great breakfast) located right behind hotel.

It was an average stay. First room we got put in a/c was broken but they quickly moved us rooms. Bed was comfortable, definatly outdated, but for the price hard to beat.

Comfortable rooms. Only one thing i would say they could improve on. The pillowson the bed were Uncomfortable and to small. Everything else was excellent. Great place to stay.

Our stay was convenient to the location of the event we attended. The property itself is run down and has a lot of broken/cheap/dirty amenities. Ozark is a beautiful town with a lot to offer and deserves nicer accommodations.

If all you want is a simple clean room then you won't be disappointed. Don't expect much for breakfast or the pool and hot tub to be heated comfortably. The new carpet and fresh paint is a step in the right direction.

The hallways smelled very bad and have not been cleaned. The entire place needs rehabbed.

Friendly staff

Everything was fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful Thought we would get a continental breakfast ugh. It was a bag with small muffin and fruit cup also a mini granola bar. No beverage available except coffee in very small cups Would have been nice to have a full size coffee maker in the room, it was a 1 cup at a time.

The breakfast was ridiculously limited and all generic brands. There were mattresses lying in the parking lot near the dumpster. The room was surface clean but needed a deep cleaning. Dirty windows and "fur" on the exhaust fan.
