Staff was a little rude and abrupt. Treated me like I was stupid when my room key didn’t work. Yelled at my kids for playing with a beach ball in the pool. They weren’t being too loud or destructive. Breakfast was always the same, good but not great. Check in was easy for me but I witnessed others waiting for assistance for more than 5 minutes- no one was around. Room was clean and they did give fresh towels. The pool was a disappointment- the water was so cold no one wanted to swim. Also that meant more kids were in the hot tub- using it like a pool. I would stay again but not expect a great breakfast and fun pool!
