I can't explain the gratitude towards the staff! Very friendly and helpful always smiling ! Make you feel like you are at home! The food is amazing! All the restaurants were perfect! The kids always could order off the children's menu up to 4 years everything is free. Room - it was nice and spacious we stayed in a suite with two Queen beds. I would recommend the lagoon villa it looked lovely ! Or by the beach. Children- kids club isn't free 4 + you need to pay which was a little turn off...

Luxurious hotel with amazing beaches. The breakfast buffet or at the lounge was amazing. The staff are very helpful and they make you feel that you are their only guest. They knew our breakfast routine after one time only. As soon as we walk in they got me and my husband our favorite latte as strong as we like it. The staff was super nice, everything there was perfect. Take the breakfast option when you do your reservation it's really good and worth it. The only con here is the beach it's not the best in Bali but it's very close to some of the best beachs on the island. Enjoy

Service was the best, there were so many excellent personal I couldn’t name them all but thank you to all the staff that attended us. We plan to return. We were upgraded , food was delicious, pool, drinks. Hotel has a amazing theme, it needs some maintenance but would still recommend.

Only stayed one night. For those taking the Ekajaya fast ferry, it is less than a 5 minute walk, straight left out of the property. It is on the road so you can hear motorcycles during the day but still like a lovely little oasis of calm with a clean pool and pretty landscaping. This hotel is the nicest I have ever stayed at, at the beach! Everything is 'top notch'! It is a smaller resort with Suites and Villas, on a generous property with a gorgeous, private beach! This allows for unbelievable service and a feeling of peace as you are never trying to 'get a spot' in a crowd at the beach or pool or restaurants. The food is fresh and delicious! We have a small child and the pool in the villa was perfect for her. The staff members were so accommodating and friendly. The landscaping is gorgeous. The furnishings are a bit dated but perfectly serviceable. And this resort had the best food compared to others we stayed at on the trip. All in all a great experience.

Stayed as a couple in a swim out room (145) on the quiet side of the hotel. It was amazing. Walked through most of the other hotels up and down the beach and couldn't find one we would have preferred to be at. Friendly staff, good food, never felt like other guests were on top of us. Short walk to Bali Collection for cheaper meals, beer and wine runs to the Coco Supermarket. Would return in a heartbeat.

The hotel its very nice. Staff very very good, they would do anything to make your staying pleasant. In the restaurant they charge tax 11% and service 10%. Thats ok but i didn't like that also they ask if you want to tip. Service = tip just to be clear. I understand the salaries are small for the waitresses but the hotel are charging the prices like in Europe and for sure they can offer similar salaries to the employee instead to ask the clients to pay for it. Just my opinion.

The Paradisus is absolutely beautiful, we loved it! All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The entire property was clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this resort to anyone!!

From the moment we checked in to our last minute at the Balé, it was all first class. Staff at restaurant (faces) are people we would now consider family as they treated us as such.
