Everything was perfect at this resort. The whole staff was so helpful, friendly, and welcoming. All of them had gone above and beyond making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. When we had an issue with our toilet, they came and fixed it right away and apologized profusely. Their chefs also made us a special departing treat when they were notified in convo that we were leaving (Dom and Rizki). Amazing!! Rooms are spacious and kept clean with...

What is there not to like about this property. Ive been staying at this hotel for the past 3 years and the only thing i can say is that the hotel and its staff is awesome! The location is great since its only a 15 min walk to the Ayala Mall and there is a 7-11 right next door to it. The breakfast buffet is great with a large variety of food and drinks. The rooms are kept very well and clean. Had no issues with the facilities. The staff was always courteous, hospitable and wjlling to help me with...
