My husband I have have stayed at this hotel 2 times now and really like the staff, facilities and the location. It’s located in perfect walking distance to whatever you are looking for. We will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this goes

This is the best spot to experience nature. I really liked the concept of this jungle glamping. The domes were well maintained. The hosts were really accommodating. I will definitely recommend this place! 5 stars!

I gave this 5 stars because I have no doubt this was the best property in the area. The views are incredible and you are looking at the ocean while you are in the jungle. This resort far exceeded my expectations. Even though it was low season, and the resort appeared to be almost empty of guests, it felt fully staffed and the service was excellent in every respect. The tour around the resort when you first arrive is great. We were shown the property by Tony Castro. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Going to CR by myself; the staff at Gardens House were awesome. They treated me and those I met that also stayed there very well. I will def return to this place when I come back.

The resort was not small by any means, but felt intimate. The staff made you feel special, they took the time to remember your preferences and your name. The resort is very well maintained. I would definitely stay here again

I was a little worried during the taxi ride to the hotel that I had made a terrible mistake in picking the hotel as some of the areas look a little rough (by American standards), however, once at the gated hotel I realized that I indeed had made a good choice when choosing the location as the property is incredibly calming and beautiful. Just know that since you are out of the city you will need to use Uber eat or a taxi to get food as there is no onsite restaurant.

The Staff here are AMAZING! We stayed for only one night before returning to SJO airport. We needed assistance with transportation and the staff here bent over backwards to make calls and help us. This property is clean and has a nice breakfast. The ONLY negative I would give it - the noise. If you cannot sleep with earplugs, you may want to look elsewhere. Otherwise, you cannot go wrong booking La Fortuna Lodge.

We cannot say enough about Hotel El Silencio Del Campo! First, the people who work here are excellent. They were very helpful, positive and clearly cared about our experience. I had my birthday while we stayed there and they helped my husband purchase flowers and a cake. The woman who cleaned our room made an adorable figure out of the towels. This is a brand new property, recently built. This hotel has a great location, steps from the Costa Rica Convention Center, there are shopping malls, clinics, restaurants, at walkable distance. There is shuttle service to the SJO airport, Breakfast was great too including costarican typical food. Hope to be staying here again soon!

My stay at Los Lagos could not have been anymore magical! The resort is beautiful, so many hidden places to explore. I saw so many birds, lizards, wild boars and other critters during my walks. Very clean and quiet! So nice to have cleaners every day and breakfast every morning. We loved fabricio, give that man a raise!!!!

The staff at the Bougainvillea welcome and get to know each and every one of their guests. You feel like you are a guest in their own home. The rooms are clean and spacious with great views of the mountain or the garden - I had a tree top view of a flowering Margarita tree - sensational! We loved our stay at The Coast Beachfront Hotel! The staff is amazing. The room was awesome. Wonderful experience and we will be back. It was even better than some of the places we’ve stayed beachfront in the US. We can hardly wait to go back!

Great place to spend a night before our flight home. The host met us at the door when we arrived and was up at 4:30am to see us off. My wife and I walked to several nice restaurants just 8 minutes away. Very close to the airport, very clean and great value! Had A/C and a refrigerator to keep some food cold. Safe, gated parking but definitely not a lot of room. We had a mid sized SUV which fit fine, but anything bigger would be a tight fit. Would definitely stay here again.

All the rooms in the property has amazing views of the Arenal Volcano.
