Spring break hotels in Vail

We went during spring break with our two children. The pros: full kitchen, very clean, excellent staff, children 12 and under receive free breakfast, walking distance to slopes via gondola, not crowded like Beaver Creek, bus stop in front of hotel to Beaver Creek. Cons: no daily maid service, $20 daily valet service, and no pool. But if you want a pool you can walk to the Avon Recreational Center which has a indoor lap pool and a water slide.

Pros: Across the street from Golden Peak lift. Short walk into Vail Village. Great breakfast!!!! I enjoyed the fireplace inside the room. Cons: Parking. The underground parking spaces are limited for $40/day, and I had to circle around 3 times. Then I waited 45 minutes to see if anyone would leave to find a spot.

The Austria Haus hotel offers the luxury of a quiet retreat right in Vail Village. After we pulled our car in front of the hotel, we enjoyed a stress-free stay. Valet parking was very convenient, and both check in and check out were fast and efficient. The staff in the hotel was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. Both the room and the bathroom were very spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a shower as well as a very nice bathtub and we appreciated the quality of the shampoo,...

It was beautiful and the service was outstanding.

The town of Red Cliff is a former mining town tucked in a deep chasm with great architecture and bridges. The Green Bridge Inn fits nicely with it's 3-story building wrapped with a covered porch on all levels. The entire building is renovated in every way. Bathrooms have new tile, mattresses are new and super comfy, everything about this place is just as it should be. Across the street, you can walk into Mangoes bar and get food or drink. Minturn is only 10 minutes away and you...

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay to celebrate our anniversary. The room was large, clean, and well decorated. The lodge itself was all of the above. The pool was surprisingly warm and enjoyable on a 70 degree day. We liked the quaint neighborhood that was only a 5 minute walk to the village. We would definitely stay here again! The manager on duty Brian was very friendly and helpful.

Our family of 5 stayed in a two bedroom suite. It was amazing! Two fireplaces, two full bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, and separate reading area. It was very well decorated and had all the things you could need. It also included parking in a garage and access to some of the activities offered by the Sheraton Hotel it is associated with. The property is within easy walking distance of the river, which is beautiful, and has a lake on it. We also walked to shopping and...

My wife and I went to Vail (from the Denver area) for a little get-a-way to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. I booked the Arrabelle based on it's reviews, and we were not disappointed -- 1st class across the board. Everything was wonderful -- the room (with a fireplace), the staff (from the front desk to the concierge to the shuttle driver), and the food, although we just had the included breakfast buffet, which was really special -- be sure to get a made-to order-omelet, but be careful...

So much history, great size room and beautiful furniture inside. Front desk very helpful and breakfast was a bonus!

The room was impeccable ,I’m a picky person and the bathroom was spotless the breakfast was very good and customer service was excellent !!

Hotel was amazing close to all the shops. Staff was amazing the whole time. Great experience overall. Great value as well.

just wonderful

Very nice staff down to the housekeepers. The hotel will be undergoing a renovation can’t wait to come back and see the improvements. The rooms are very spacious and I love how they have places to put away luggage considering how much we bring when coming for skiing

Don't let the 3 stars fool you. The rooms are clean, and the property is quiet for a good night's sleep. The only reason this hotel isn't a 4 star is because of the outdated tile in the kitchens and bathrooms. Everything else is up to date and very, very nice. By the way, the tile referenced is just outdated in color, not cleanliness. Bathrooms and kitchen are very clean. The staff is courteous and helpful and kind--great service! Pool and hot tub are perfect, right on Gore Creek close to...

Clean, comfy and had a great fireplace in the living room. Wished we could have stayed longer!

The facilities are all top notch but what really made the stay great is the staff. They were always very helpful above and beyond what was required. One of the housekeepers kept my 2 year old daughter from bolting out of the elevator as I'm standing there 7 months pregnant, arms full, unable to stop her. Then two of the employees saw us at our storage unit (not even on site), struggling to unload a heavy piece of furniture and offered to help. Its been such a helpful, relaxing boon to a very...
