"An excellent centrally located downtown hotel"
We stayed at the Eaton Chelsea for a total of 5 nights, and overall were very pleased with our choice. The downtown location was excellent, and handy to walk to most places; the exit onto Elm Street lead straight out to a very nice bakery, restaurants & pub. Our room had two extremely comfy queen size beds, double glazed sliding doors out to the balcony & therefore very quiet, good tea & coffee making facilities. The bathroom was fine, although the bath itself was miniscule, so no relaxing in the hot tub, instead we used the excellent showers up on the top floor where the pool and gym were. The sun deck out by the pool was handy, it's just a shame you weren't allowed to buy and bring out your refreshments from the top floor dining area, as that was only for guests staying on the upper floors. Staff were very helpful, they organised a car for us, and gave good advice when asked for help; the marketplace café was handy to get your Starbucks coffee and bring it up to the room, or stay there for a tasty breakfast. We'd definitely stay here again. K Boa

Me and my girlfriend just went there to get away and relax for the weekend and had a great time. The room was great and had a fantastic view. We faced east so we got a a beautiful combined view of the Toronto skyline and the lake. The hotel staff was very kind and informative and our stay was great.

"Nice hotel right downtown close to everything."
This is one of 2 hotels I stay at when travelling to Toronto. I have been staying here for close to 35 years. The rooms have been recently renovated and redecorated so they have a fresh chic décor. Reminds me of some trendy boutique hotels I've stayed at in NYC. Nice comfortable beds with crisp white linens and fluffy warn duvets. In order to get to your floor you have to put your room card into a slot in the elevator before you push the floor button. A very nice security feature I've not seen before elsewhere. Problem was that one of the elevators would not recognize my card at times and I would have to have it reprogramed. Very irritating. The other nit-picky thing was that because I had only a standard room and not a suite, I had to pay for my WiFi. Considering the fact that in my small rural town the local Mom n Pop grocery store offers free WiFi having to pay for it in a downtown Toronto hotel is a little galling. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

"Snug + Cozy"
My husband and I really liked this hotel. The room was very small but it had everything we needed. The tv popped out of the ceiling which was very unique. The design was very trendy. The location was good for catching the subway, getting groceries and for good shopping. My only complaint would be the squeaky doors leading to the stairs that woke me up.
