When we arrived the first hotel room was absolutely disgusting, the walls looked as if they had never been washed before, the base boards had layers of caked on dirt, the floors were visibly dirty, the bed was crinkled and look as if it had not been changed, we called the front desk to see if we can change room, when we got to our “upgraded room” the room was just as dirty and worse, there was mouse poo on the floor, mold on the roof in the shower and the base boards were soft from water damage and a lot more. At this point we called Expedia to refund our room completely. When they contacted the front desk they said they would charge us for one night stay, I had to physically take them to the room and show them the condition for them to consider giving us a full refund. They showed us a brand new never stayed in renovated room which was an ok room so we decided to stay as our other family members were not able to change their hotel either and we wanted to be together. The front desk assistant did his best at our request and was kind and we understand the quality of the room was not his fault. But the quality was the worst I’ve ever seen at a hotel. A side note as well, the entire time I was at the hotel I didn’t see a proper cleaning cart with the housekeepers, not even a vacuum. The only cleaning supplies I saw with a house keeper was a dirty cloth and a unlabelled spray bottle. Please save yourself the money and the disgust and don’t book this hotel.
