Was only here for an overnight. Clean, nice, large rooms. Staff were friendly but only one person working a busy desk didn’t seem like enough to meet the demand of check ins and phone calls coming through.

I really liked the property. However the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. I have had a sore neck and back for almost 2 weeks. The quality of mattress and pillow should be re-evaluated. My coworker who also had a room reported a similar issue.

This hotel was excellent in its service and its location. This was a short walking distance to the Union station, harbor and Lawrence Market. Will definitely stay again if we go back to Toronto.
