"This was my second stay at this lovely hotel. Its proximity to Crystal Bridges Museum and the town square, its access to the hiking and biking trails are excellent. The hotel itself is fabulous -- great art galleries with rotating collections, wonderfully appointed rooms, an outstanding restaurant, good bar...and the PENGUINS! It has it all!"

"I appreciate the "extra" touches a hotel makes for their guests feel welcome, but the flower on the toilet paper is disgusting and unnecessary. I used the restroom within the first hour of arriving. The decorative toilet paper flower on the roll had to be removed, only to find a wet spot where it had been affixed to the roll. As a female, the idea of using damp toilet paper (especially from an unknown source) was one of the most disgusting things ever. "

"Very comfortable, the room space is very well organized for all the in room amenities. I know this may seem silly to list as a drawback, but the only mirror is the room is in the bathroom and the lighting in the bathroom isn’t great. It’s just makes getting ready a bit difficult with two people."
