"Separate Appartement in a private villa run by a super friendly, most attentive family. Marvelous view from the terrace, clean swimming pool and a incompareable breakfast for an Italien destination. Fresh, warm bread, home made marmelade/jam, local honey and many other local morning teasers. Best stay since a long time. Go there and enjoy!!"

"The villa was perfect for our family holiday with ages from 9-70! The house, location and particularly the outdoor area and pool were all wonderful. Carlos the host was amazing at making us feel welcome and helping us with anything we needed and giving us great advise and tips. The villa is a few minutes walk from the beach with many more a short drive away. The local town is also lovely. A wonderful time was had by all, highly recommended and we hope to return!"

"It’s a very beautiful and large property, situated at a 10 min walk from the beach and center. The rooms are equipped as seen in the photos, very well maintained and furnished. We had AC in every room but didn’t need it because during the night the house was naturally cool. The kitchen is very well furnished with fridge, oven, boiling pot, toaster, cutlery, and basically everything you need for a family with small children. "Marja and Carlo are the best hosts! They were quick to answer all of our questions before we arrived and make reservations for us throughout our stay, it was also a great touch being able to order food and drink from them next door. We loved the large pool especially in the heat of the day, but also in the evening with the pool lights on. The villa itself is well decorated, clean and spacious enough for 8 people, although the large outdoor area is where we spent most of our time, on sun loungers...

"Very nice, beautiful trips arround and on the islands. Supermarkets near by. Very nice little town with mostly sardinian population, which was very relaxing. Every evening a sundowner on the terasse! We hope it was not our last time there."

"We had a fantastic 2 week break in Nebida. Simonetta and Francesco could not have been more helpful and welcoming. They gave us lots of information on what to do in the local area. The house itself was beautiful and very clean and well presented. Everything you need in a holiday home. The pool was fantastic too- never busy, but a lifeguard always on duty and with a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea. We would happily return here again the future. "La proprietà è molto bella, ben curata e completa di molti comfort. La piscina è strepitosa e la casa permette di vivere all'aria aperta nella pace più completa, complimenti. Mi permetto di dare alcuni suggerimenti: 1. l'annuncio dovrebbe specificare meglio l'ubicazione di due delle camere da letto che non sono in un seminterrato ma in una sotterraneo. Una in particolare è piccolissima e avendo solo una finestrella (bocca di lupo) non viene aerata a sufficienza. Casa perfetta per una famiglia...

"Villa looked exactly like the photos. The kitchen is modern with an induction stove and every mod con. Tv has access to Netflix, Disney etc. There is a PS5 to keep the children happy. On the whole a nice villa to stay in. A bit remote in October has not much is open in this area, though in summer it'll be fine."

"Das Haus und Garten sind wie beschrieben und wunderbar. Wir - 3 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager - haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen. Die Strände sind fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar (5 Minuten und ca. gute 10 Minuten) und toll zum Schnorcheln und Schwimmen. Am unteren Sandstrand gibt es eine Strandbar mit leckerem Essen und Drinks und Kaffee. Wir freuen uns auf ein nächstes Mal!"

"We had a pleasant week in the house. The house was clean, in a good location (close to Porto Pino and Porto Botte for Kiting) and had enough space for us as a small family (one new born). We would recommend installing Moskito protection, e.g. window nets/curtains, and maybe a little less functional rather cosier interiors. We believe this could certainly improve the overall holiday experience. Cristina and Daniela were very helpful and good hosts."
