Ashley was easy to work with and provided more detail about the house and surrounding area then any other property we have dealt with over the years. Convenient to both The Biltmore and The Polar Express. My grandkids tell me we are going back next Christmas. We will see if we can make that work. Definitely a house everyone should consider."

"Rocky Face was the perfect place for our family gathering to celebrate the 80th birthday of our family matriarch. The house had everything we needed to entertain 11 people from ages 4-80 for several days and to comfortably include another 7 for a celebration dinner. I have never been to a place that was any nicer. The description of a "gourmet" kitchen is even a bit of an understatement; the finest of all things were stocked: Yeti coffee cups, mugs, thermal glasses, oven and stove, alkl clad...

"The cottage was in a very lovely, quiet location at Cold Mountain. Very clean and neatly kept. The property manager answered all our questions right away. Gratefully, we only had to bother her the first night. Upon arrival, there were fresh eggs from their farm waiting for us! It is a gated area with many places to walk the property, go fishing, or just sit and read a book. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to go back!"

"I booked this cabin for a lowkey girl's weekend celebrating my best friend's upcoming wedding. The location was perfect and so charming. The house was clean and well stocked with all the essentials needed. The only disappointment was we thought there was a 5th bed (in the sunroom) like advertised but it was a futon that was broken. But it worked out ok, two of us just had to share a bed. This property is just a short 15min drive to Waynesville which is the cutest town. And there's grocery stores...
