"We had a wonderful stay! There's so much to do without ever leaving the stunning grounds and amenities of Keowee Key, and everyone we met was so friendly. We're looking forward to returning in warmer weather to explore the lake and surrounding area. The condo was in a great location next to a pool, and Donna went above and beyond with communications that introduced us to the community. Grandkids visited from Greenville and thoroughly enjoyed the sandy beach and playground near the North Marina....

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house has incredible views out of every window. The furnishings are first class with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We were hoping to see some snow….. 30 minutes before “checkout” the snow started falling."

"This property was well appointed, clean, comfortable and in the middle of all the locations we wanted to visit in the Highlands/Cashiers area. We primarily stay in rental properties when we travel. With this property, the owners thought of everything so I suspect they also travel and have a travelers perspective. Bottled water in the refrigerator, several types of coffee makers, large comfortable beds, strong WiFi, menus from local restaurants, all sorts of travel size items in the bathrooms...

"What place to kick back and enjoy the sound of the river wisking by and the crackiling of the great fireplace. We had a group of nine (over 60 in age each) that has gone over 30+ yrs for once a year long weekend trips to Blue Ridge Smokies. This stop was a great place for out group. House was plenty big enough. The owner and property helpers we quick to fix a couple of issues when we arrived. But overall, the old house did us well once we got used to the little qwerks all houses seem to have....

"This was truly one of the best vrbo experiences. The unit was well equipped and there was actually sufficient kitchen resources to cook and serve a meal! The views were awesome sitting on the porch in the morning having coffee and planning the day. The location was perfect for day trips to Asheville and the Highlands. Cashiers was great with every service within minutes and yet we were tucked away in the mountains. The beds were very comfortable, with plenty of quality towels and linens. We...

"When we arrived we noticed the exterior grounds needed attention. We had to contact the owners about no gas in the fireplace. We found two ticks and a dead cockroach. The ceiling fans were full of dust. The drywall joint tape was peeling from the walls. The ad claimed no pets allowed. We found animal toys in plain sight. This caused me to develop a sight sinus condition. We will never rent from them again. We should be reimbursed partial cost as we left a day early."

"Charming property with all the amenities and ideal location. This house is immaculate and has everything from all the kitchen equipment, bath towels, extra pillows to great grill. My family especially enjoyed the outside fireplace creekside!!! Owner Pam is top-notch with communication, etc. . We definitely will be back."

"My house got the house to celebrate my 66th birthday. He invited our daughter & her yorkie poodle, 2 of my best friends with their husbands. The guys went fishing but just spent time at the lake, the boaters were out in the water so it wasn’t a good time to fish from the docks."
