“The Ritz - Denver”

The hotel is lovely and the service is exemplary. I was surprised though by scuff marks and the like on the exterior of the building and thought that it made a poor initial impression. The neighborhood left something to be desired with homeless people in the vicinity. However once inside the hotel everything was really good.

“Upgrade!”

When we checked we were upgraded to a room that costs more than twice as much as we had paid. This place is ultimate luxury. The staff is extremely nice and go out of thier way.

“Great hotel with a very good location”

We were in town for a Broncos/Patriots game. The hotel was great. The hotel is located within walking distance of many bars and restaurants (16th St Promenade). Also, it's only a few blocks to Coors Field. The health club is amazing and free of charge. The hotel and mid service were top notch as well. I strongly recommend this hotel

The only suggestion I have is to include wifi service in the room without a charge

“Extremely Friendly & Professional Staff”

Everything was perfect except for the lack of an international adapter which was bought for me the following day by a obliging manager/receptionist (I didn't know his title). They did have one but it was old abnd broken. Enjoyed breakfast at Snooze Restaurant in the city and the extremely friendly receptionist suggested I take the courtesy car, the driver of which kindly offered to collect me for my return to the hotel. I liked the way the staff gave you space as well.

“Great place to stay in Denver!”

The Ritz-Carlton in Denver was wonderful! The people were friendly & everything was in tip-top shape. I have only one little complaint: no refridgerator. They have a generously stocked mini-bar, but who wants to drink warm champagne, white wine or beer? The ice bucket in the room is small, so you couldn't ice much in it. Elway's Steak House is in the hotel & it was awesome as well. Defintely try their shrimp cocktail!
