It seemed really nice walking in. The downsides & pool area are really nice. The room we stayed in was very out dated. The shower head was far too low. Bathroom was very dingy. It smelled mildew like during the night & smelled like a bathroom pipe was broken during the day. I’ve stayed here before a few years back but I wouldn’t stay here again.

The check-in woman was not good. Did not make eye contact, insisted we did not reserve a handicap room and still doubted me even though my husband was right there in his wheelchair. She finally found one after I insisted she look. We didn't get our cookies. (We did ask for them later and we received 4, that was very nice.) Thank you

Charged me an early penalty fee for arriving before check in. Never even heard of that before. Either a room is available, or its not. Go figure they would try to make money off that. Put me in a room with no air conditioning and first fix was to send me a fan. Paid $1000 to stay here for a few days and i had to insist on a room with air conditioning. Will NOT be going back.

I didn't get a welcoming feeling during checkiin. I had to retuen twice to the Front Desk to identify the west wing levator. The lady was offensive when i request someone to show me the elevator. After the flight a d exhaustion i expect a pleasant checkin instead of struggling. Room is not clean including bedsheets and carpets. . The plumber has to come because of pluming issue.

It was good! Not as nice as a lot of other Hilton properties we’ve stayed at. But just in the little details, like the plumbing in the bathroom was iffy. The toilet wouldn’t stop running, shower was difficult to turn on. The air conditioner was very loud turning off and on during the night. But it was clean, the pool was nicely kept, and the breakfast was wonderful!
