“Never Again!”

I purposely booked a room at a place that accepts pets, yet when I got there the manager charged me extra money on top of my previous charge. (I had to wait almost 10 minutes at the front desk for her to even show up!) The back door we had to use was broken, so there was no keycard security. The room was musty, damp and smelled horribly of mildew. The shower was RIDICULOUSLY small. The AC helped to remove some of the moisture but not much. I would absolutely discourage everyone from ever staying here!!!

“I will return”

The check in was quick and efficient and the staff at the desk both days and nights were very helpful. Very nice to have internet wireless access. The hotel was near restaurants and gas stations. Thanks for a great stay.

“Nice Priced Hotel”

It was great for the one night. I really wish they had a pool though and the tub wasn't very big. Also, there wasn't much of a selection for tv channels. The staff didn't really go out of their way to impress us either but they were not rude and they were very professional. Great hotel for the price.

“Was mostly impressed”

The only problem I had with this hotel is the use of the computer that would not let me download or copy my boarding pass for my flight to get back home. I had this same problem last time I stayed there, so do think they need to update their computer system. They did tell me that I could go next door to the Fairfield Inn Marriott and they would let me do it. They were very nice and let me do it with two computers that were accessable to download my boading passes. Maybe next time I will stay at that hotel that has computers to do that.

“exactly what i wanted cheap”

All I wanted was some where to lay my head at night without the fancy price. May not have all the bells and whisles but worked just fine for my busy family.
