"Communications clear & access to property easy. We were a party of 4 adults and 3 children. The house is spacious and well set out with all we needed for our 3 night stay. Ten minute walk to the beach and 15 minute walk in to town. We also visited the amazing aquarium in Boulogne-sur-Mer. Would recommend this lovely house and would definitely stay again. "Wir waren mit meine Eltern (75+) und Hund in diesem Haus. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist super, man ist wirklich sofort am Strand. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Haus ist recht hellhörig, für uns war dies kein Problem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Was man wissen muss ist, dass Restaurants wirklich nur Mittags und Abends geöffnet sind - und am besten reserviert man - denn jeder Tisch wird nur einmal besetzt. Wer also Nachmittags Lust auf einen Snack hat, hat ein Problem....

"This home is in a great location amongst the golf course, extremely quiet and peaceful. The house is really well stocked with games, household supplies, and lots of helpful notes for local restaurants. The bikes and beach toys were super handy. We have a great time and would recommend it to another family in a heart neat. Thank you so much."

"The house was advertised as four bathrooms but in reality had only one proper shower. The 'en suite' had no toilet. Two out of the four rings on the cooker hob did not work. There were no house instructions and VRBO description did not specify additional charge for bedding and towels. Could not work any of the TVs. Lovely garden though and plenty of recliners. Peaceful location apart from building work next door."

"Property we booked was not a single property as we thought we had booked. Had another family with a very small baby in the other half of the property which was not as we had expected. Garden not available due to unfinished building work. Bathrooms generally not finished. Owner did provide an alternative property for the remainder of our stay which was ok."

"This modern five bedroom house in a quiet and gated community towards the edge of town was absolutely ideal for our needs. Dog friendly and secure back garden, with lovely walks on the door step through the dunes or around the small lake and just a fifteen minute walk to the town center with all it bars, restaurants, cafes and wide variety of shops. Louis, the owner, was extremely helpful and came to the house to see that everything was OK for us. We would happily return to this house. "

"Lovely house, well looked after and great communication before, during and after our stay including all the information about facilities in the area we could possibly want. Perfect placed for cycling for all ages. There were no bikes in the garage as per description but the recommended bike hire was excellent with bikes for ages 1 -71! The house is lovely, very well heated with plenty of room for all 12 of us and space in the garage when the children got too loud!"

"Property was set in a quiet neighbourhood with quick access to beach and countryside. Enjoyed the local towns of Etaples, Le Touquet and Berck. House had everything you would have in your own home plus more. Beds extremely comfortable. The only thing we would have appreciated was a second toilet, there was only one but that was not a major problem for us but might be if more visitors. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return."

"Belle maison bien située, très propre très bien agencée avec tout le confort, sécurisée et adaptée pour les enfants (barrières dans les escaliers, jardin clôturé, nombreux jeux et jouets à disposition). les bémols : - Une seule clef à disposition pour un logement de famille avec 6 chambres (contrainte organisationnelle). - un frigo trop petit pour le nombre potentiel de locataires - il vous coûtera 85 euros à l'arrivée si vous souhaitez des draps, housses de couette, taies d'oreiller, surcoût...

"Peaceful location close enough to beach and town centre to ditch the car and explore around on foot. Gilles was great with the communication and all in all the property was perfect for our needs with a ‘beachy’ feel. We shall return."

"Advertised with heated pool - Heater did not work - Pool was dirty with green algae on the bottom - No ensuite bathrooms and only two toilets for up to 14 guests - Advertised with a Fitness Centre - this turned out to be a store room not a fitness centre - Many items were not working properly - Not very clean especially outside."

"The property is nice and very clean, the staff are friendly and very helpful. The location is great overlooking the marina and within a walking distance to the beach, the towns shops and the supermarket. We parked for free nearby opposite a nice bakery only 2 minutes walk to the hotel, we could see our car from the balcony. The bakery is a plus as it opens very early in the morning and sells bread, pastries, sandwiches and pizza so great for buying meals. "
