"Overall it was a very nice rental. Despite some of the reviews i decided to stay and experience it for myself. It was exactly what i was hoping for and what i needed. There was hot water, clean blankets and we were able to use the kitchen daily to make breakfast. The Villa has open kitchens to the deck but the bedrooms lock with a key that is provided. "La Casona Blanca was our own personal retreat complete with pool, outdoor kitchen, indoor kitchen, laundry, spacious bedrooms etc., in a beautiful setting surrounded by native plants and flowers! The property was very clean and well cared for. Our gracious host Charles quickly responded to all questions and offered a vehicle for us to rent which made our island excursions possible. We could not have been happier! Best stay ever!"

"We loved everything about the property. Make sure you have a 4 wheel drive or good SUV to navigate the road to the property. But once you are there, you will be enchanted with the amazing property, the views, the pool and all of the magical forest sounds around you. Bring all your food and drinks and enjoy this amazing property. I wasn't able to add pictures to this review for some reason but you will be amazed at the interiors and views. "

"We brought our kids and grandkids (11 of us total) and it was great that each family unit got their own section of the villa. The pool was great and well stocked with toys, floaties and yard games.
