"This is a great little property - close enough to the action, but a ways away too. The outside space and view really make this place amazing - bbq, fire pit and jacuzzi. Jocelyn was response from my first inquiry to the day of check in - offering local recommendations and answering questions. The house is small, but clean and comfortable for two people especially with the outside space. Not a really a negative but the stairs are narrow and steep. Didn’t detract from the property and the hosts!...

"Overall the cabin was perfect for our short impromptu stay in Big Bear! Our dog loves the snow and he's getting older (12y). We wanted to make sure we didn't miss a snow trip this season while he's still with us so we planned a 1night stay with the recent snow that came in. The cabin was the perfect size and location. It backs up to the forrest which made for easy access to for snow hike with the pup and sledding with kiddos. My only complaint is the flat pillows. We had to stack three of them...

"Very nice property. I loved the homie cabin feel. Great for families. I love the quietness. The home was big, but still had a real cabin feel. I had read some bad reviews about lack of communication from the hosts so I was a bit worried, but I had a great experience and staff was responsive all weekend for my random questions. I was able to get a free snowboard rental at Getboards thanks to booking this property."

"Highly recommend. Clean, spacious, nicely decorated, and great communication. All amenities that you need (much more than the listing includes). The (very cute) fenced backyard was a plus for our dog. Neighborhood quiet and just across the lake from crowded downtown Big Bear. Explored the trails that are within minutes of the house with our jeep. The park is right next door. We will be back!"

"Our first night we got there very late, almost midnight, so it was very cold. Our bedroom heater worked but none of the other heaters worked. Also the toilet didn’t flush. We messaged the property management but because of the late hour we got a response the next morning and they sent out a maintenance person within a few hours and got it all working. There were a lot of large spiders that made appearances throughout our stay inside the home. The ceiling was lower than expected in the kitchen...
