"We just had a magical stay at this villa with two families and children… looks better than the pictures…, we were easily able pop in and out of all the best tours and sites and restaurants and shopping just a quick cab ride away…. At night drinking wine on the patio while the kids jumped in and out of the hot tub…. Great coffee shop and walking parks just up the street… we would def come back and Great for two families to share."

"It was a great stay but the hot water did stop half way through the trip and the Vrbo was lacking in cutlery such as knives and stuff but overall it was an amazing place and I would recommend anyone to stay there"

"This unique hotel was perfect for our short stay. It had a gorgeous green terrace area to chill out on and I love the bed faced the doors to look out. The bath was a fantastic surprise and lovely and big. Shower room also wonderful and spacious. Staff were terrific and so friendly. Breakfast also wonderful. "This apartment is EXACTLY as pictured.......lovely, quiet neighborhood. Andrea was very helpful with arranging transportation to the Ryder Cup (while putting up with my numerous questions and requests just to make sure I didn't forget to ask him anything....... :) ) The garden is the perfect area for relaxation after a long day exploring.....I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone with a larger group who wants to make sure everyone has their own bedroom WITH a bathroom (very important...

Laura la proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile e oltre ad essere molto flessibile sugli orari di check in e check out ci ha fatto trovare tutto il necessario per una colazione che non ci aspettavamo. "This is an older hotel, like most in Rome. The rooms are a good size, and the views are great because the hotel is at the top of the hill. The pool is nice, but the weather was too cold for us to use it. The breakfast in the morning was amazing, and the location was great for shopping and dining. Again, the hotel is at the top of a steep hill, so if you have mobility issues, it could cause an issue. I would stay there again. "
